Dear Parents,

Our annual Dance performance is scheduled for Sunday 3^rd May at Genexis Theatre, Fusionopolis. ‘Diamonds are a Spy’s Best Friend’ will be an exciting dance festival incorporating jazz, tap, street jazz/Hip Hop and Contemporary. The theme of the show is to celebrate the world of James Bond with glamour girls and spy’s. 

We encourage all students to be involved as it will be a great opportunity to learn new choreography to showcase their talent and most importantly to have fun while performing on stage.

This year we have two fee options that are divided into whether your rehearsals take place in class or on a Saturday. If you attend Boys Dance, Tap, Contemporary or Friday Jazz technique classes, all rehearsals will be held in class (fee option 2). For any other students new or old, rehearsals will be held on Saturday and the occasional Sunday split into age groups. If students from the above named classes would like to be involved in more of the show numbers, they are very welcome and will be arranged into age groups for the Saturday rehearsals and pay the option 2 fees.

Involvement in the show will require discipline and commitment to rehearsals that will be held on Saturdays and the occasional Sunday. Attendance is mandatory to all scheduled rehearsals. There will be no catch up sessions for rehearsals missed. Please take note of rehearsal dates upon signing up. And if you are signing up, please schedule your holidays around those dates. Commitment from every child will ensure a successful show.

Option 1: Fees are $395 inclusive of tax. For students attending Saturday/Sunday Rehearsals

Option 2: Fees are $250 inclusive of tax. For students attending Rehearsals in class (Boys Dance, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Friday Jazz Classes)

For this you will receive:

-       A minimum of 10 hours of show rehearsals and training

-       A costume from the show which the dancer can keep (Value $70) 

-       Two adults tickets for the show (Value $60)
